Step 1
On the left menu, go to Employee. Under Progression, click Batch Salary Adjustment.
Note: Once clicked, you will see a screen with the head title of “New Progression Info”
At the top of the page, you will notice that there are 4 procedure steps to make batch salary adjustments:
a) Salary Adjustments
b) Conditions
c) Affected Employee
d) Updated Results
1) Salary Adjustments
Effective Date: The date upon which the latest salary update is considered to take effect
Adjust Salary: The type of adjustment (e.g. Increment, Reduction, Adjustment)
Salary Increased By:
- Fixed amount = Fixed amount of increment without taking into account of employee’s original salary
- Percentage = Increment based on every employee’s original salary
Bulk Salary Increment: The fixed amount that you want to increase for each employee
2) Conditions
By default, the conditions are set for “All Active Employees”; however you can choose to click on By Conditions or By Team to narrow down the filters. Proceed to click on your desired filter, and click on Continue to the next step.
3) Affected Employee
You are able to see all the employees that are subjected to the salary adjustments as selected in the conditions previously.
Step 2
After ensuring the employees are correct, click “Batch Increase Salary” at the bottom of the page.
Step 3
Once clicked, you will see a pop-up message as shown below. To further confirm the changes made, click Batch Increase Salary.
Step 4
When the update is successful, you will see this screen below, indicating the number of employee data updates.
