Custom Fields allow you to create additional dropdown fields in a claim request form.
Once a custom field is added to a claim item during Claim Item setup, employees will be able to see and select the configured options when submitting their claim requests.
This is useful when you need employees to provide extra claim-related details, such as:
- Client name
- Project code
- and others
Step 1
On the left menu, go to Settings (a) > Claim (b) > Custom Field (c).

Step 2
On the Claim Custom Field page, click the Add New Field button on the left side of the screen.

A new input box will appear for you to enter the name of the custom field.
After entering the field name, click the tick icon to create it.

Step 3
Once the field is created, you can add the dropdown choices that employees can select during claim submission.
Click the Add Selection Item button on the right side of the screen.

Enter each selection item one by one.
Step 4
After adding your selection items, the screen will display all available choices under the custom field.
You can show or hide each option from employees by toggling the Is Enabled button.

Once done, click Save.
Step 5
After creating the custom field, go to your Claim Item settings and select the relevant claim item.
Scroll down to Custom Fields section. Now you can select the custom fields you created.

Once saved, employees will see this field when submitting a claim request under that claim item.

Note:
Custom fields will only appear in the claim request form after they are added to a claim item settings.
If the field is created but not selected in Claim Item setup, employees will not see it during submission.
Edit or Delete a Custom Field
To rename or delete a custom field, hover over the custom field.
Click the three-dot menu, select Rename or Delete.
