Added support for exporting attachments submitted under manual Leave and Claim records.

2. [General] Progression Update Type

Introduced configurable Update Type options for employee progression records.

• Update Type is supported in the Progression Import Template.
• Update Type is reflected in the Employee Reports

Enhanced overnight shift clocking to ensure attendance data is reflected under the correct attendance record based on the configured shift settings.

4. [Attendance] Half-Day Shift

Introduced additional controls for absence and leave deductions for half-day shifts.

5. [Attendance] Overtime Deduction Before Approval

Enhanced the Overtime Pattern configuration to support overtime deduction before approval.

Enhanced leave entitlement configuration to support entitlement based on the employee's service month.

Enhanced Leave Type configuration to support frequency-based leave entitlement and cross-year controls.

Entitlement Type:

• Years (Default)
• Frequency

The enhancement also supports:

• Leave application frequency and capping
• Cross-year controls
• Minimum and maximum days allowed per leave request
• Automatic leave entitlement generation based on configured criteria

Example: Maternity Leave – maximum 5 times during the applicable entitlement period, with a maximum of 2 times per year.

8. [Leave] Leave Encashment Status – Payslip Generated

Added a Payslip Generated status for leave encashment to improve visibility and traceability of the leave encashment process.

9. [Claim] Receipt Number in Claim Reports

Added the Receipt Number field to selected Claim reports for improved claim reference and tracking.

Enhanced the automatic payslip email reminder to support recurring reminders until the employee acknowledges the payslip.

12. [Payroll] Salary Calculation for Employees Hired and Resigned on the Same Day

Enhanced payroll calculation for employees whose hire date and resignation date fall on the same day.

• Eligible cases will be processed with zero salary based on the configured payroll criteria.
