The system will not allow conversion of the leave.
Scenario: Initially, staff applied for annual leave but after that he/she needs to change to sick leave.
Step 1: Admin delete approved leave, or staff can submit a cancellation request (refer to Cancel Approved Leave Request)
Step 2: Add Record for New Leave (refer to Manually Insert Leave Record for Individual)
