This article explains why some shifts may not appear when changing an employee’s shift manually in Daily, Individual Attendance, or Change Shift Request.

When assigning or editing shift details for an employee, you may not see the desired shift in the drop-down list.
This is because the system only displays shifts that are included in the employee’s assigned schedule. To make the shift available, update the schedule settings.
Step 1
On the left menu, go to Setting (a) > Attendance (b) > Schedule (c). Choose the employee's schedule from the list.
Step 2
Under the General tab, click Edit and view the Shift Allowed section.
Find the shift under Exclude Shift Allowed. Tick it and click the single arrow to move it into Include Shift Allowed.
Once done, click Save.
Step 3
Go to Attendance > Daily or Individual Schedule and select the employee.
Now, the additional shift should be available in the drop-down list when allocating shifts for employees.
