1. Prorate Fixed Transaction Based on Effective Date

  • Allows prorating of first and last payments

2. Display Rounded OT Hours

  • Displays rounded OT hours in dashboard instead of actual OT hour
  • Rounded OT is the amount used for payroll calculation

3. Direct Hiring & QR Code Invitations

  • Supports multiple scans for QR codes

4. Appraisal Progress Report Enhancements

  • Adds the following fields:
– Date Joined
– Date Confirmed
– Employee Status
– Salary
– Date of Birth
– Contract Period

5. New LMS Report

  • Adds “Export Detail” on Course Detail › Result (exports survey result based on learner input)

6. Payroll Report Enhancements

  • Enhancements include:
– Removes “bonus category” in Monthly Payroll Details Report
– Sorts amounts from smallest to largest
– Sorts payroll items alphabetically (A–Z)

7. CP8D Bahagian A Calculation Setting

  • New CP8D configuration options:
– Allows selection of calculation method
– Enables export of employee list for A1–A4

8. User Account Management

  • Enhancements include:
– Allows batch deactivation
– Adds resigned date filter in Settings › User Accounts

9. Autofill Info from IC Number

  • Autofills gender and birthdate if left blank

10. IRB Audit Files

  • Adds IRB Audit Files 2 and 3 in Payroll › Payment

11. Rehired Staff Invitations

  • Sends automatic invitation for rehired staff

12. GL Integration Enhancement

  • Includes the following payroll items:
– Saving Fund
– Leave Encashment
  • Access via: Setting > GL Integration > GL Integration > Payroll Item
