1. Add Filter Options for All Claim Custom Download

  • Add filtering options to enhance data export experience for claim reports:
– Transaction/Receipt Date
– Claim Date
– Approval Date
  • Utility > Export Tool > Claim

2. Disallow Self OT Request Submission for Non-Shift Employees

  • Add prompt to prevent submission of Self OT requests for employees not assigned to any shift

3. Add Employee ID in Employee Movement Report

  • Employee ID is now included in the Employee Movement Report
  • Report > Employee

4. Add Access Right Report

  • New report to view user access rights
  • Enable via:
– Setting > User Account > Access Right > Report > Access Report
  • Access via:
– Report > Access Report

5. Daily Time Card Detail Report (Interactive): Add Confirmation Date

  • Add a new column to display the employee’s confirmation date

6. EPF Contribution for Foreigners

  • Add EPF Category dropdown with foreigner contribution options:
– Employee EE: 2%
– Employer ER: 2%

7. Payroll Review: Add Download Button for Individual Payroll

  • Added a download option in the individual payroll review screen

8. Overall Attendance Report: Grouping Enhancement

  • Added new “Group by Employee” option
  • Data will be grouped by employee when this option is selected

9. Year-to-Date Employee Statistic: Add Sequence Arrangement

  • Allow users to rearrange the display order of:
– Salary
– Earning
– Overtime
  • Report > Year-to-Date Employee Statistic

10. Add Lampiran B Report for Swasta

  • New payroll report “Lampiran B” added
  • Enable via:
– Setting > User Account > Access Right > Payroll > Payment
  • Access via:
– Payroll > Payment

11. Business Alert: Enhance Email Frequency Settings

  • Support for monthly email scheduling
  • When set to 31st, system will send on the last day of the month
  • Utility > Business Alert

12. Enhance Notice Board Settings

  • Add “Post as Company” option to publish announcements under company name
  • Add “Disable Download” setting to restrict file downloads

13. Add Goal Progress Detail Report

  • New report to display detailed updates of goal activity
– Goal Type
– Score Frequency
– Goal Progress
– Goal Target
– Goal Activity (New and Old Values)
– Rating Score
– Appraiser
– Mark as Completion Date
  • Report > Goal Progress Detail

14. Enhance Planned OT Request

  • Allow cancellation of approved OT requests
  • OT cancellation requests will appear in “Pending” status
  • Once approved, status will change to “Cancelled”

15. LMS: Show Learning Plan Only in Catalogue (Learner View)

  • Removed Learning Plan visibility from the Courses section for learners
  • Learners can now access all entitled Learning Plans under the Catalogue only
  • LMS > Catalogue (Learner View)

16. Enable Proration on Claim Item

  • Support proration for the following employee types:
– Existing Employees
– Prorate Resignees
  • Setting > Claim > Claim Item

17. Overall Attendance Report by Employee

  • Display summary counts per employee:
– Total of Complete and Incomplete Workdays
– Total of Late In (count)
– Total of Early Out (count)
– Total Leave by Leave Type
– Actual Working Days
  • Report > Attendance > Overall Attendance Report by Employee

18. Android: Add Summary Drawer in My Approval for Self OT

  • Added summary drawer for Self OT in My Approval
  • Displays relevant information for approvers:
– Attendance Log
– Allowance Breakdown
– Overtime Details

19. Attendance Review for Incomplete Clock Entry on Web

  • Allow manager/SV to view all the employees with incomplete clock data
  • Enable via: 
    - Setting > Attendance > Attendance Review
  • Access via: 
    - Attendance > Attendance Review
