Before you begin, please take note:
- Covering Person: If a request requires a covering person, it will only appear in your "My Approval" list after that person has accepted the task. Refer to Explain Covering Person and How to Remove Covering Person.
- Access Rights: If you encounter the error "You are not allowed to approve this request," please contact your Worksy admin to verify your access rights to My Approval.

- Locked Attendance: If the attendance period is locked, you must unlock it before the system allows you to approve leave.
Step 1
On the right menu, go to My Approval (1). Then, click Leave (2)
Step 2
Click on the Pending tab to view all the submitted leave requests from your staff
Step 3
There is some key information you can refer to before you approve or reject any leave request.
Others on Leave (1) – Once clicked, a pop-up will be displayed as below where you can see other employees that have also applied for leave on the same day as the current request.
Attendance Performance (2) – This tab will show you the overall attendance performance of the requester for the last 30 days & also for the current year. It also has additional information on the leave entitlement and the recent leave the requester took.
Remark Log - You will be able to see the requester remarks upon the leave submission
Attachment Icon - You will be able to see the submitted supporting documents together with the leave request
Step 4
After you review all the key information, you can click approve or reject button.
