You can make arrears/shortfall payments through the Assist Portal if you have underpaid SOCSO contributions to your employees.
Step 1
Go to My Sites > Socso Contribution

Step 2
Click on the Contribution and then select SOCSO. Choose New Submission

Step 3
Choose Short Contribution

Step 4
Once you have clicked Short Contribution, another page will prompt you to choose Contribution Month and Year and then click Select

Step 5
All the employees' name will be listed and you may choose which employee has a short contribution to add the amount.
Once Add the amount, click Complete

Step 6
Once click on the complete button, check on the summary details and click Submit
