How to pay EPF short contribution ( Underpaid)?

You can make arrears/shortfall payments through the e-majikan Portal if you have underpaid EPF contributions for your employees.

Step 1

Go to Contribution (a) > Submit Contributions (b)  

Step 2

Then select Contribution and Wage Month (c) accordingly before clicking Next (d). 

Step 3

A reminder dialogue box will be prompted as we have selected contribution and wage month that already have been paid for. 

Click Yes to continue.

Step 3

Select Blank Form and click Next

Step 4

Click on Add Employee. Search the employees by EPF or MyKad Number. 

Step 5

Fill up the adjustment payment amount before acknowledge (I confirm that) the details.

Click on Save Draft to pay later or click Next to select Payment Method to make payment.
