Inserting GL Code by Batch

What is GL Integration?

GL Integration screen developed to be integrated with the financial system of a company. You may create GL codes and set up dimensions to build your own GL Integration system inside Worksy.

Before you proceed to set up the GL Integration system, you need to create GL Codes & set up Dimensions.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings(1) on the left menu of Worksy. Then, click GL Integration(3) under GL Integration(2) submodule.

Step 2

Once click, you will be redirected to the below page. This screen consists of 3 sections. Refer to the below explanation for each section:

Part a: The listed 5 categories are defaulted by the system. You may choose each category to set up the dimension and its codes as to how you have chosen in the GL Integration Settings

Part b: This section of the screen allows you to see the dimensions as to how you set in the part c which is Batch Insert

Part c: Click on Edit and you may see Batch Insert to insert the Labels and GL codes to be displayed in Part b.
