Viewing EA Form ( Mobile Browser Version)

Step 1

Open your Worksy account on your mobile and navigate to Menu at the below bar.

Step 2

You are able to see Payslips, Calendar, and EA Forms. Click on EA Forms to view your EA Form across the years.

Any queries regarding your payroll figures in the EA Form, kindly escalate them to your HR Team. 

Note: 

Clicking “< >” enables users to view their EA Forms across the years. 

Attention: 

At present, only the Android version supports viewing the EA form, while Worksy for iOS undergoes ongoing updates progressively. 

Rest assured, our Marketing Team will promptly inform you once the EA form becomes available for the iOS version.
