HR Admins can opt to 'Re-calculate Prev Year' to generate leave entitlements for the last year if the current leave settings are the same as the previous year.
Step 1
Navigate to Leave (1) > Generate Entitlement (2)
Step 2
Once you've selected 'Generate Entitlement' page, you'll see the 'Re-calculate Previous Year' (3) checkbox.
By ticking this box, you can re-calculate the previous year's leave entitlement. However, you'll need to make sure that the last leave setting is the same as the current leave setting.
Step 3
Once that's done, you'll be able to process your leave following the previous 'Generate Entitlement Setting'.
