How to Make Custom Shift Become None If Supervisor Forget to Set A Shift Hour

Purpose: To make sure Supervisor assigns a shift hour to the custom shift. If Supervisor forgets to assign the shift hour, the shift will become None.


Navigate to Setting > Attendance > Shift




To use this feature in your system, you need to enable this function in the shift setting.

Enable Is Custom Shift button: When you enable this button, your custom shift will become None if you forget to drag the shift hour.


Scenario 1


The supervisor forgets to drag a shift houin the Custom Shift. The shift will become None after publish.




Directory:


a)Select Part-Time Shift

b)Assign Part Time shift in the Duty Roster

c)Publish without dragging any shift hour

d)Publish remark

e)Reminder box




Scenario 2


The Supervisor drag shift hour when assign a Custom Shift and Publish. The shift will save and 

reflect in the Duty Roster and Individual Attendance.




Directory:


a)Select Part-Time Shift

b)Assign Part Time shift in the Duty Roster

c)Drag the shift hour

d)Publish the shift

e)Shift save in the Duty Roster and Individual Attendance
