Purpose:
Provide admins with the option to m batch delete leave entitlements on unique occasions, where leave records need to be corrected due to special circumstances.
Step 1
On your left menu, go to Leave (a), click on Batch (b), and then click on Batch Delete Entitlement (c).
Step 2
Select the Leave Type (d) to be deleted and the Year (e)of entitlement.
- Force Delete (f), used when the Leave Entitlement has Leave Records. The system will prompt an error when you try to delete the leave entitlement with leave records without selecting this option.
Once you are done with your selection, click on Continue (g), to proceed with the selection flow. Here is the guideline for the selection flow:
