Defining GL Integration Format

Step 1

Navigate to Settings(1) on the left menu of the Worksy. Then, click on the GL Integration Settings (3) under GL Integration (2)


Step 2

Once click GL Integration Settings, you will be prompted by the below screen. Below is the explanation of highlighted section on the screen. You may click Edit and Save to record the changes in the system. 

Part a: Listed are the companies that you have created in the system. You may add the GL integration separately according to the company policies. Having this option gives you a wide array of flexibility in settings up GL codes for different company policies.

Part b:  You may choose up to two-dimension to set up in the GL Integration settings. 
Ex: Below example shows the dimensions chosen for two. Thus, Dimension 2 is editable based on the pre-set Dimension 1, and Dimension 3 seems greyed out as the column was not selected.

Part c: You may select Dimension 2 based on the listed categories like employment type, dept, cost center and etc.
