Question: When I go to Duty Roster by clicking on the left icon on Attendance > Attendance > Duty Roster, I noted that there is only one employee's duty roster appearing. Why is this so? I will need to have access to more employees.
Answer: By default, only your subordinates will appear under the Duty Roster employee list. If you need to view more employees out of the reporting line on the Duty Roster panel, an alternative is to create a Team for this purpose. You may want to view a separate article on how to create a team, titled How to create a team?: Knowledge Base (freshdesk.com)
After the team is already created, you can expand the list by following the below guide:
Step 1
On the Duty Roster panel, locate your cursor to the top right of the screen and click Select Employee, as shown below.
Step 2
The Employee List will now appear and you can see your staffs' names appearing by default. In this sample below, TEST-DELI is my only subordinate and hence, only his name appears by default. Click on the Team button as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 3
If you are on multiple teams, then all the team lists will appear right after that. In this sample, I want to view employees in the Izzy Testing team. Click on it.
Step 4
Then click on the Confirm button.
Step 5
The employees in this team list will now appear accordingly.
