There are two methods to view your staff leave balance and history.
Individual Leave
Leave History
Method 1: Individual Leave
Step 1
On the left menu, go to Leave. Then, click Individual Leave.
Step 2
Once clicked, you will be able to see the individual leave page as shown below. Search for your staff name in the left corner.
Step 3
The first section you will be able to see is your staff’s leave balance, and your staff’s entitled leaves are displayed in a card format as shown below.
Available: The total leave balance
Taken: The utilized leaves to date
Current Entitled: The leave entitlements and leave adjustments
Brought Forward: The leave balance that carried forward from the previous year
Expired Brought Forward: Carried Forward leave days that have expired or burnt
Adjustment: The addition or deduction of leave amount by management
Pairing Adjustment: The leave days amount that is deducted from a paired leave
Pending Request: The total number of leave days that are still pending the approval
Step 4
Scroll down further and you will find the Leave History and Leave History Details Section at the bottom.
Leave History – You will be able to find the number of days taken for each type of leave by your staff. You may click on any of these records, and it will show you the Leave Details below.
Leave History Details – In this section, you will be able to see more details about the taken leaves (duration, reason, remarks, etc.)
Method 2: Leave History
Step 1
On the left menu, go to Leave. Then, click Leave History
Step 2
Start by searching for your staff name.
Step 3
Once clicked, you will be able to see the individual leave page as shown below.
By clicking on the 'Explanation' button on your leave history page, you'll be able to see how the system has calculated your leave entitlements, leave balance, leave brought forward, and more.
Footnote: The keywords of both individual leave and leave history pages are the same. Individual Leave is used to refer to the current year's leave entitlement while the Leave History page refers to view the previous year's leave entitlements.
