There are two methods to view your leave balance and history.
Method 1: Individual Leave
Method 2: Leave History widget
Method 1: Individual Leave
Step 1
On the left menu, click on Leave, and then Individual Leave.
Step 2
After you have clicked, you will then be on the individual leave page as shown below. Start by locating your Name on the left, and click on it.
Step 3
In the first section, you will be able to see your leave balance, and entitled leaves displayed in a card format as shown below.
Available: The leave balance based on original entitlements
Taken: The approved leaves that have already been deducted in the past
Current Entitled: The leave balance is based on original entitlements and leave adjustments
Brought Forward: The addition of leave balance brought forward from the previous year
Expired Brought Forward: Brought Forward leave days expired or burnt.
Adjustment: The addition or deduction of leave amount on top of original entitlement
Pairing Adjustment: The leave amount that is deducted from a paired leave
Pending Request: The total number of leave days you are currently requesting.
Step 4
Scroll down further and you will find the Leave History and Leave History Details Section at the bottom.
Leave History – You will be able to find the number of days taken for each type of leave. You may click on any of these records, and it will show you the Leave Details below.
Leave History Details – In this section, you will be able to see more details about the taken leaves (duration, reason, remarks, etc.)
Method 2: Leave History widget
Step 1
Go to the Dashboard and click Settings on the top right corner of your page as shown below.
Step 2
Then select the Leave History widget by clicking on it before proceeding to Save
Step 3
This is how your Leave Summary widget looks like. The usage of this widget is the same as explained for the Individual Leave on the top.
Step 4
Click on the left and right arrows to move the cards to see your entitled leaves and their details.
