Batch Assign Work Schedule

This guide walks you through the steps to batch assign schedules for multiple employees at once. Use this feature when you need to update or apply schedules efficiently instead of changing them one by one.


Step 1

On the left menu, click Attendance (a) > Batch (b) > Batch Assign Schedule (c).


Step 2

Select the date range you want to assign the schedule for. From the drop-down list, choose the new schedule you want to apply.


Click Continue to proceed.




Step 3

Then, choose the employees to assign schedule to by either All Available Users, Teams, or Manual Selections. 

Once done, click Process.



Step 4

After processing, you'll see a confirmation page showing that the batch schedule has been successfully assigned.

To repeat the process, click Assign Another Schedule.


To verify changes, go to Attendance > Staff Schedule > select the employee, and view the Schedule History. This will display the start and end dates of schedules based on what you assigned.

You may also edit individual schedule changes directly from this page by clicking the pencil icon.
