Step 1
Navigate to Setting(a) > Payroll(b) > Payroll Items(c) to see the list of the payroll items you have created in the system.
Step 2
The screen will now appear as per the screenshot below. Notice all the payroll items are categorized according to the category. Click on any category to populate the payroll items.
For example below, all the payment-related items appear when I click on Earnings.
Step 3
Right-click on any part of the payroll items table. The Export button will appear and there will be a few options for you to select the type of file as below image.
Step 4
Once you clicked on the file format, it will be downloaded to your PC.
You will now see the payroll items listed according to their tax and statutory setting, and the EA Form category setting.
As you can see below, the file will show all payroll items for the Earnings category.
