Blacklisting an Employee

This page will show you how to blacklist an employee from the system, you will need to input the employee's IC number so that the system will recognize and give you a warning if you create an employee profile with the same IC number.


Step 1

Go to Employee Black List 


Step 2

Click Add New


Step 3

Fill in (*) First Name, Last Name, Passport Number, Identification Number

This action is important as the system will automatically identify the information accordingly of the blacklisted person when the system encounters the same set of information in the employee profile.

Example scenario: If employee Shaun Chong is blacklisted, his Identification Number / Passport Number will prompt the system to detect this piece of information and prevent him from being added to the employee directory in the future.

In BlackListed employee:

When Shaun Chong (containing the same IC number info) is being added into Employee Directory: 

When the system detects both information to be the same, the system will automatically bar Shaun Chong from being added to the system.
