1. [Leave] Enhanced File Attachment Support

  • Now supports more attachment formats (SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF, PDF, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, TXT), up to 4 MB per file.

Path: Right Menu > My Request > Leave

*Other modules coming in phases.


2. [Payroll] CP8D Text File – Alphabetical Name Sorting (A–Z)

  • CP8D text file now sorts names in alphabetical order (A–Z).

Path: Payroll > Payment > LHDN CP8D Annual Submission


3. [Payroll] YTD Employee Statistic Report – Custom Range & Bulk Generation

  • Supports bulk generation of YTD Employee Statistic Report with custom date range.

Enable via:
 Setting > User Account > Access Right

Path: Report > Payroll > YTD Employee Statistic Report (Custom Range)


4. [Payroll] Public Bank Statutory Payment – Excel File Support

  • Supports Excel format for statutory bank submission.

Path: Payroll > Payment > Payout Management

5. [Employee] Resignee Report – Include Future Resignation Dates

  • Report now includes employees with future resignation dates.

- Tick the checkbox “Include future-dated resignations”

Path: Report > Employee > Resignee


6. [Attendance] Duty Roster Import – Validation Enhancement

  • Added validation for shift import. Import will be blocked if attendance is locked or no schedule is assigned, with an error message shown.

Path: Utility > Import Tool > Attendance > Duty Roster


7. [Attendance] Display Actual Live Clocking Data

  • Actual captured clock data is now displayed upon successful clock-in/out.


8. [General] Report Loading & Saved Report Enhancement

  • Reports can now be pre-generated and notified when ready. Users can download previously generated reports from History without reprocessing.


9. [Payroll] Payroll Review – Overwrite Payroll Figures

  • Allows editing and saving payroll figures without reprocessing. Supports updates to statutory values (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, PCB) with audit trail, and option to lock individual records.

10. [Payroll] EA Form – Overwrite & Update Enhancement

  • Allows editing and saving EA Form without reprocessing. Supports updates to dependent details and EA field corrections, with changes reflected in the final EA form.
  • Supports import via Utility > Import Tool.

- Affected: Payroll > Payment > EA Form / Bulk EA / My Payroll – EA

Enable via: 
Setting > User Account > Access Right

Path: Payroll > Transaction > Overwrite EA Form

11. [Claim] Claim Submission Validation

  • Validates that the claim date cannot be earlier than the employee’s join date.
  • The system blocks requests with a transaction date earlier than the hire date.
  • Claims can only be submitted for transactions starting from the hire date.


12. [Payroll] Bank of China (OCBC)

  • Supports Bank of China (OCBC) bank file generation.


13. [Payroll] Singapore Payroll Support (SGD)*

  • Supports payroll processing for Singapore in SGD currency, including statutory setup (CPF, CDAC, MBMF, SINDA, etc.).

Setup:

  • Set Company Country to Singapore in Company Settings
  • Update Employee Payroll Country to Singapore
  • Configure Singapore payroll items and statutory settings

If the entities are using MY Payroll and SG Payroll separately, a separate subscription will be required.


14. [New] Onboarding Management Module*

  • Newly released module that notifies HR for onboarding preparation, helps new hires quickly understand company culture and processes, provides clear points of contact, manages IT provisioning and asset tracking, maintains HR asset records, and secures documentation acknowledgement for compliance and record-keeping.

15. [New] Training Management Module*

  • Enables end-to-end training management including planning, enrollment, execution, cost tracking, evaluation, HRD Corp levy record keeping, and reporting to support employee development and compliance.
