Batch Leave Entitlement is meant to top up, deduct, or correct leave or time off balances.
On batch leave, when you see the "Entitlement not generated yet" error is because the leave has not yet been generated for the employees. Therefore, the system does not recognize this as an entitlement yet.
For example:
The Tester did a batch leave for leave type called "CP AL" for employee Clement in 2026. "Entitlement not generated yet" error is shown.
The reason is Clement does not have "CP AL" entitlement in 2026.
To solve this, go to "Generate Entitlement" to generate "CP AL" first before batch leave. Refer to Generate Leave Entitlement.
