Step 1
Navigate to the Right Side Menu bar and Click on the Notification ( 2nd Toggle)
Take note that if the Notification toggle has blue floating ink, that means you have received notifications regarding of your applications.
Step 2
Click on the Notification toggle to see the statuses of your applications.
Step 3
Click on the specific notification that will redirected back to your request in My Request page
Step 4
You also may mark all your notifications as Marked as in the below image,
