System Notification (New Display)

Update as of March 2023: This new display of the System Notification has yet released into the live server.


The purpose of the notification feature is for the system to provide you with real-time updates regarding any request or alerts that is designated for you.



Where to access the notification?

The notification icon is located in the right corner of your screen, just right below your profile picture. To toggle notifications, just click on the notification icon as shown below.


What do the 'number' and red dot at the corner indicate?

Based on the image below This indicates that you have 32 notification that is unseen, and the red dot corner is just an additional indicator to get your attention while you are browsing the system.



How to navigate the interface

As you click on the notification icon, a drawer will appear from the right as shown below.


There are 3 components to the notification drawer:


  • 1:  Date Filter: This filter the notification display below based on when you received the notification
  • 2:  Display Option: This allows you to choose how you would like the notification to be displayed. 
    • Choosing Date Type Display, your notification will be displayed sorted by latest to oldest. 
    • Choosing Group, your will notifications will be grouped up, and you will be shown updates based on which notification group.
  • 3:  Notification: This is where you find the notification designated for you.



How to archive notifications?

To archive notifications, hover your cursor over where the user photo is displayed in the notification, and you will notice it will turn into a selection icon. If you click on the selection icon, it will turn blue as shown below. 


Once you have selected all the notifications you would like to archive, click on the red Archive button as shown below.



How to recover archive notifications?

To restore archived notifications, start by clicking on view archived as shown below


Note: Any Archived Notification will be automatically deleted after 90 days, and won't be recoverable.



There are two options for recovering notifications.


Option 1: Recover individual notifications by clicking on the restore icon(1)

Option 2: Select Multiple notification(2) and click on Restore(3) button
