Step 1
Click on the desired template.
You can Edit(a) your template before Send(b).
Step 2
Once you click the Send(b) button, you will view this page.
There are 4 things need to do before sending the letter to the selected employee.
1) Recipient selection - Select your designated Recipient for this Letter.
2) Review Letter Content - Review the content that will be auto-filled into your letters.
3) Confirmation - Check & review the letter generated before sending.
4) Send out - Review send process & Ensure Letters are sent.
Step 3
After Sending the letter, your employees will receive a letter in their email and the letter also will directly attach to the Employee Profile at the Attachment Tab.
