Letter Builder in Utility

Purpose: HR Admins can generate and send those letters to the employees by using predefined templates in the letter builder



Step 1

Navigate to Utility (a) > Letter Builder (b)

 


Step 2

After selecting Letter Builder, you will be redirected to the page as shown below.


This is where you select a category such as Employment, Attendance, etc...




Step 3

Choose any Category (a) then select Add New (b) to create a letter template:




Step 4

You can create customize a letter with the chosen template:



Directory:

(a) Give the template a name

(b) Choose the status of the template as Active or Inactive

(c) Template details = Click on any of these fields to customise your letter format



(d) Upload file and 'Edit' Section

(e) Tools Section (Similar to Microsoft Word)

(f) Preview your letter


Step 4

Once you're done building/ customising your letter template, click Save for your template to show up on the list of templates:
