Step 1
On the right menu, go to My Request (1). Then, click Incomplete Entry (2)
Step 2
To make a new incomplete entry request, click New Request.
Step 3
Upon clicking, you will be able to see an automated Incomplete Entry List. This list will show you which dates you have the missing clock in/out
Step 4
Click the date tab that you wanted to make a request for. Once clicked, you will be able to see the below tab.
a) Insert the missing clock entry (1)
b) Select your reason (2)
c) Put if you have any remarks (3)
d) Attach supporting documents by clicking on the attachment button (4)
e) Click submit (5)
Note: Your submitted incomplete request will appear under the Pending tab (1). Once the request is approved by your superior, you can view it under the Approved tab (2).
