Step 1
On your homepage, go to your left menu, click the employee icon and then click batch progression update.
Step 2
You will be directed to this page, and you can fill in the same information for a batch of employees. This is similar to what you did in How do I confirm an employee? Click continue when you are done filling out this section. The button is located at the bottom right corner of the page.
Step 3
This is where you can either press on All Active Employees or By Conditions.
All Active Employees: It means that everyone in the company will be affected by the new batch progression update policies.
By Conditions: You can separate employees by categories like different departments, gender position, or even location.
Click continue when you are done selecting.
Step 4
The next page will show more employees in the category that you have selected so you can pick and choose individual employees that are going to be affected by the new batch progression updates. You can select each person by clicking the blue button on the right.
Step 5
Once you are done, click save and your batch update employment details for multiple employees will be done.
