    1. Added Filter Options for All Claim Custom Download

  • Added filtering options to enhance data export experience for claim reports

2. Disallow Self OT Request Submission for Non-Shift Employees
   
   • Added prompt to prevent submission of self OT requests for employees not assigned to any shift

3. Add Employee ID in Employee Movement Report

   • Employee ID is now included in the Employee Movement Report

4. Add Access Right Report

   • New report to view user access rights

   • Enable via:

   • Added a new column to display the employee’s confirmation date

6. EPF Contribution for Foreigners

7. Payroll Review: Add Download Button for Individual Payroll

   • Added a download option in the individual payroll review screen

8. Overall Attendance Report: Grouping Enhancement

   • Grouping by “None” will now group data by employee instead of department

9. Year-to-Date Employee Statistic: Add Sequence Arrangement

   • Allow users to rearrange the display order of:

    – Salary

    • Support for monthly email scheduling

    • When set to 31st, system will send on the last day of the month

    • New report to display detailed updates of goal activity

  • Removed Learning Plan visibility from the Courses section for learners
