Modified on Sun, 29 Jan 2023 at 10:17 PM

Firstly, you will need to turn on the web terminal function in the Access Right screen by going to your Settings > User Account > Access Right and switching on the Web Terminal button at the very end of the page. Click the Edit button on the top right corner to tick the boxes for the web terminal.

Secondly, you will need to go to your Settings, click on Attendance and scroll down to click Schedule.

Click on the shifts, then go into the clocking column, make sure your web browser clocking at the bottom of the page is turned on.

After you are done with these 2 steps, you can proceed with setting up your web terminal.

Step 1

On your right menu click on the last icon, it will say "Web Terminal" when you hover over the icon.

Step 2

You will be redirected to this page where you have options to fill out. For employees to clock in using the terminal, they will need to enter their email, follow by their own password. Furthermore, when you click on the terminal button, you will first need to choose where is the location of this Terminal, this is for recording purposes so that you know which terminal the user used to clock in. Once the Terminal is activated, even if you turn off the browser you can just click on the link and the terminal will be activated again

Step 3

Your camera will turn on, indicating you have set up the Web Terminal. Once the Terminal is activated, even if you turn off the browser you can just click on the link and the terminal will be activated again. When activated, this account won't be able to access other Worksy Functionality besides Terminal. When logged out, you will need to log in again to activate the terminal.
